Who you are
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, Digital Media Analytics or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, including experience with lead scoring models, workflow setup, and analytics
- Demonstrated digital analytics experience with the ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret email and cross-channel campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Comfort with analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets using pivot tables
- Proficiency in crafting compelling and engaging B2B email copy that drives customer engagement and conversion
- Familiarity with ChatGPT tools or other AI-powered platforms to write email copy and enhance performance and personalization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
What the job involves
- As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving prospect engagement and conversion through targeted B2B email nurture campaigns and overseeing B2C email initiatives executed through outsourcing partners
- You will also play a significant role in analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations on how to optimize efforts going forward
- You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead and this will be a full-time role
- Manage end-to-end execution of B2B email marketing initiatives for lead generation and nurture, utilizing HubSpot as the primary platform
- Set up workflows in HubSpot for automated email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and targeted communications to our audience
- Create persuasive email nurture streams to drive prospect engagement and optimize conversion rates. Utilize ChatGPT tools to enhance email writing and personalization. Develop content recommendations to support email streams
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize email campaigns. Analyze results and apply learnings to continually improve campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the content lead, designers, and copywriters, to ensure the development of compelling content that aligns with email campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot's analytics tools and pivot tables in Excel. Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize overall effectiveness
- Oversee HubSpot deployment, managing configuration, optimization, and integration with other systems
- Manage lead scoring models within HubSpot to identify and prioritize high-quality leads
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and deliver exceptional results
- Manage and coordinate B2C email initiatives executed through outsourcing partners, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and marketing objectives
