Who you are

3+ years of industry experience designing software products as part of a professional team
Experience utilizing research and data to drive product strategy and decision making
Experience with creating design systems for multidevice products and platforms
Strong User Interface and Visual Design skills
Knowledge of UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
A portfolio of work, of which you can talk through the design and implementation process

Desirable

Experience designing products for virtual, augmented, mixed reality and/or other emerging technologies
Experience prototyping 3D interactions or interfaces using Unity or Unreal
Knowledge of CAD software, 3D Modelling and BIM standards
Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA

What the job involves

Work closely with the Software, Hardware and Marketing teams to iterate and improve the user experience and contribute to a coherent design system for our platform
Blend brand and visual requirements together with usability and interaction design principles to generate usable yet compelling UI assets
Conceive and articulate beautiful animations and transitions that can help make the user journey more usable and engaging
Push the boundaries of 3D design patterns and identify new paradigms of interaction
Advocate for user needs and help foster a design culture, based on evidence and insights from user research
Document and share UI assets, according to the device requirements
