Senior Product Designer, Voicemod

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer or a similar UX related role for digital products in an agile environment
• A portfolio that showcases your work on the execution and launch of a successful product that you were directly responsible for
• Excellent visual design and written communication skills and deep understanding of working with design systems, components and modern UI design workflows within designer apps like Figma
• Passion for understanding user needs, creating flows and validating them with data-driven experimentation and user-tests at different levels of fidelity
• Experience applying data-driven design while finding the right balance between user experience and optimizing metrics
• Ability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of end-to-end product design going from ideation all the way to execution
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, product managers and product teams of all levels. Plus points for coming from the startup world
• Capability to work in rapidly evolving market conditions
• An Advanced level of English would be preferred

• You’ll make sure that your work is aligned with other products from Voicemod to provide the same experience wherever the user is inside our ecosystem
