Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, or accelerated computing products
- Knowledge of GPU architectures and their applications in AI/ML and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- You love to act as the voice of the customer, gathering their requirements and feedback to continuously build better products that solve real-world problems
- You’re curious about the latest trends and opportunities in the AI and high-performance computing domains and how GPU platforms can power the next wave of generative AI infrastructure

What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager for GPU Compute, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle for a key product line within our GPU Compute portfolio
- You will be responsible for translating complex technical challenges and customer needs into a clear, actionable product roadmap
- This role is critical to our success, placing you at the intersection of advanced technology and market-leading innovation, where you will deliver products that directly empower our customers to achieve the next wave of AI breakthroughs
- Strategic Leadership: Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap for your specific GPU compute products or services. You will translate the high-level vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization
- Market Analysis: Become the expert on your customer and the market. Conduct deep analysis of compute trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and ensure your product's success
- Product Development: Partner closely with world-class engineering teams to define product specifications and manage the development lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration. You will be the point person for clarifying requirements and making trade-off decisions
- Go-to-Market & Lifecycle Management: Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, solutions architecture, and capacity planning teams to orchestrate successful product launches, drive adoption, and manage the entire product lifecycle
- Data-Driven Decisions: Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your products. Use this data to inform priorities, drive improvements, and communicate the impact of your work to stakeholders and leadership
Our take
Many cloud service providers can suffer from slow prediction speeds when they are used for data modeling. CoreWeave solves this problem with its specialized cloud service provider.
CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.
However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
