Role
Who you are
- Now we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about partnerships and thrives on making things happen
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows the payments space and loves the hustle
- Proven experience working in ISO or referral sales within payments or fintech
- A strong understanding of how partner-driven acquisition works, with examples to back it up
- Confidence and comfort running outbound sales, building relationships from scratch and nurturing long-term partner value
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot... you know how to keep deals moving
- Commercially minded i.e. you're always thinking in revenue, pipeline and partner potential
- Creative thinking and hustle: when doors don’t open, you find a window (or build one)
- A strong network across payments, ISOs, hospitality, or related industries is a huge plus
- Strong communicator, clear, concise and credible whether you're pitching, negotiating or updating stakeholders
- Resilience, curiosity and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
What the job involves
- We’re building the future of payments for brick-and-mortar businesses starting with hospitality and we need a standout Partnership Manager to help us get there
- You’ll help us scale by bringing in new ISOs and Referral Partners, building brilliant relationships and driving real commercial impact
- Finding, pitching and onboarding ISOs and Referral Partners that align with our growth strategy
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of commercial partnerships through networking, cold outreach, events, LinkedIn (and whatever creative hustle you bring to the table)
- Aiming to run 10–15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week to drive partnership growth
- Working closely with our Commercial team and other internal teams to deliver standout partner and customer experiences
- Promoting the wider Kody product suite and making sure each partnership delivers strong value for everyone
- Keeping HubSpot up to date, tidy, your pipeline strong and your deals on track
- Upselling Kody and building your network of referral partners
- Ultimately, smashing your monthly revenue targets through strong partnerships
