Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptional organizational time and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

- As a Business Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be a partner to our Chief Customer Officer, providing administrative and project management support
- You will work side by side with them, and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a company in hyper-growth mode, to help increase productivity and drive effectiveness
- This position reports to our Chief Customer Officer
- Project Management: Facilitate documentation and execution of the CX organization's strategic initiatives. Including but not limited to assisting in creating project plans, holding contributors accountable to deliverables and timelines, etc
- Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CCO
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CCO
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CCO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
- Information Management: Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- T&E Management Org-Wide: Oversee and manage the T&E budget for 300+ employees globally
