Who you are

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases bold, engaging, and effective marketing campaigns
- Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (bonus points for motion design skills!)
- A passion for entertainment & culture – you get the magic of live theatre and know how to translate it into compelling visuals
- The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality or creativity
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset – you’re always looking for fresh ideas, better solutions, and new ways to push creative boundaries
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Midweight Creative Designer to join our Creative Studio and play a key role in developing visually compelling campaigns that drive audience engagement and elevate TodayTix’s global brand presence
- Your work will directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a seamless, visually consistent, and engaging experience across all touchpoints, from digital to print to large-scale OOH placements
- Engage Theatregoers Through Design – Create high-impact campaigns that connect with theatre lovers and drive engagement across London, NYC, and North America
- Shape the Future of TodayTix’s Brand – Develop brand and marketing assets that strengthen our position as the leading live entertainment discovery and booking platform
- Design for Impact Across Media – From eye-catching digital ads to unmissable billboards, you’ll contribute to fully integrated global campaigns that put TodayTix in front of millions
- Collaborate to Elevate – Work closely with marketing, product designers, and other teams to ensure designs are not just visually stunning but also strategically effective
- Deliver at Speed Without Sacrificing Creativity – Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and bring fresh, exciting creative ideas to life in a fast-moving environment

Our take
Founded in 2013 by Broadway veterans Brian Fenty and Merritt Baer, TodayTix Group has grown to become a global eCommerce leader for cultural experiences. Aiming to connect a worldwide audience with theatre, opera and dance productions, to date it has sold over 70 million tickets to 200,000 shows listed on its platform.
While numerous ticket sellers exist, TodayTix was an innovator in this area, arriving at a time when mobile devices accounted for less than 1/1000th of all theatrical ticket sales. Standing out with its extensive tech stack including widgets, API and white label software for its partners, it is able to provide an excellent customer experience with a checkout process of less than 30 seconds. This has led to around 5% of all sales on Broadway being processed through TodayTix's platform today.
Since 2020, TodayTix has focused heavily on acquisitions, focusing on tech-forward, advertising, theatre and cultural event companies. These include Goldstar, Show-Score, Arthouse, Encore, and Broadway Roulette. TodayTix has acquired Secret Cinema in 2022, growing its participation in the immersive film and television events space and strengthening its market-leading position in the entertainment industry.
