- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience
- Impressive track record in B2C digital acquisition
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including conversion optimization, attribution, and benchmarking
- Proficiency in utilizing web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio)
- Commitment, experience, or interest in the mission of Antidote
- Collaborative team player comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
- Expert in performance monitoring metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

What the job involves
- The Digital Marketing Analyst observes and evaluates data on all campaigns to optimize the effectiveness of clinical trial promotions through digital advertising
- This role oversees the analytics of the campaigns and makes suggestions for improvement in the day-to-day management and reporting of digital advertising campaigns
- This role evaluates the marketing strategies of advertising campaigns (i.e., Facebook Ads, Google Ads search, and other channels), ensures all clinical trial campaigns meet volume and financial targets, and reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
- Serve as a valuable key resource who can suggest benchmarks and optimization tactics to ensure a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan that will deliver on key KPIs
- Serve as backup for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager role with the ability to run campaigns with the ability to create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan that will deliver on key KPIs
- Produce monthly data insights reports alongside the clinical team, based on previous campaign results and real-world patient data
- Create ad-hoc internal and external reports to summarize campaign results and patient reach outcomes (working independently and alongside the marketing and communications team)
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to present results, communicate performance, and share funnel conversion improvement ideas
- Contribute to cross-departmental teams related to DEI, ESG, and other initiatives
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams on new projects and initiatives including pricing proposals
- Support demand-generation initiatives targeted to pharma decision-makers
