Who you are
- Have experience designing in complex product spaces, with preference for experience in designing systems and creation tooling for web development or design
- Have experience and familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript)
- Are a strong systems thinker

- Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team building Webflow’s core designer
- This product designer will define workflows, gestures, and common frameworks that enable Webflow users to design and build robust and scalable web experiences
- As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive discovery, research, and ideation, as well as partner closely with engineering and product management to plan and execute on exciting new product experiences in Webflow
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
