- Must Have: 8+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience in Medical Device sales to Healthcare provider and Distributors

What the job involves
- We are searching for a Sr. Manager to drive our US Enterprise efforts through product marketing and commercial partnership activities.
- This role is responsible for setting and executing on the strategic direction related to Commercial IDNs and Government including Health Systems, Clinical Societies, VA, DoD, etc.
- Responsibilities will also include facilitating contractual relationships with distributors and GPOs, identifying and pursuing new customer sectors, being a customer advocate for product improvements, and more
- Cross-functional partnership across AliveCor business lanes to understand and develop business strategy, goals, growth initiatives, and ability to scale these initiatives into meaningful, optimized marketing campaigns and activities
- Own all downstream product activities of B2B portfolio for Enterprise customers including messaging, collateral development, customer segmentation and outreach, etc
- Onboard, facilitate, and manage relationships with commercial health systems, government entities, distributors, and GPOs including contracts
- Drive provider outreach and advocacy to establish consistent portfolio adoption
- Facilitate and manage strategic relationships with clinical societies to drive product awareness and endorsements
- Conduct broader market and targeted account research to identify and pursue new customer segments
- Develop and deploy customer- and sales- facing product training programs
- Support objection handling and competitive technology inquiries
- Collaborate with creative and external content development agencies to ensure timely, accurate delivery of marketing materials
- Define and refine value propositions, positioning, customer targeting, pricing strategies, and clinical evidence for new products
- Collaborate with Public Relations team to announce new programs and milestones at the corporate level
- Develop, update and report on enterprise marketing metrics to senior leadership
- Keeping current with industry trends emerging and competitive technologies, and barriers to entry
Our take
Wearable devices that track and provide data on a patient’s cardiohealth have long since existed, but diagnoses must still be made by a doctor. Health issues such as atrial fibrillation, bradycardia and tachycardia may be projected through heart-rate data, but this is useless without a doctor present.
AliveCor sells a wearable ECG device which works in cooperation with AI to detect a range of heart problems without a doctor present. The AI analyzes heart-rate data and instantly produces reports and diagnoses. The app also prompts users to describe symptoms that they are feeling, and the total information is then instantly sent to the user’s doctor.
The company will invest series F funding into furthering its mission of becoming a leading provider of cardiological care by introducing subscription services, KardiaCare, KardiaComplete, and KardiaPro. Already, AliveCor's products have served over 2 million customers and have recorded more than 160 million ECGs globally, a number only expected to rise with these additions.
