Who you are

  • Experience in technology operations, with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and ensuring service delivery.

  • In-depth knowledge of GCP and database operations, including incident management and cloud-based application support.

  • Having reached c.$1bn of Gross Written Premium in the first three years of trading, and becoming a Top 20 Lloyd’s of London syndicate, Ki is launching a Technology Services function and Transformation Programme to enhance our technological capabilities and streamline processes. The programme will transform Ki’s internal-facing technology services across all business functions, including Actuarial & Risk, Underwriting & Distribution, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Claims and IT
  • We seek a forward-thinking and proven leader with deep infrastructure management expertise as Senior Infrastructure Manager for Ki to lead and manage the Technology Services Infrastructure for the business and also support the Technology Transformation Programme, setting up the Technology Operations function from a blank sheet of paper
  • As the Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee and manage various areas, including service partner management, networking, modern desktop management, and service desk operations
  • The Senior Infrastructure Manager will be a Technology Senior Leadership team member

Recent funding has allowed for extensive expansion of the company, and plans include further development into the company's algorithm. The company ultimately looks to establish itself as the centre of the specialist insurance sector to operate efficiently and seamlessly alongside the existing market.
