Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field and account-based marketing within the retail technology sector
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on field and account-based marketing in the B2B SaaS sector, retail / marketing tech experience is a plus
- Innovative and strategic mindset, capable of creating marketing strategies that resonate with large retail clients
- Strong analytical ability, with a focus on data-driven marketing decision-making
- In-depth understanding of the retail technology landscape, including trends and challenges
- Proficiency in modern B2B marketing tools, especially HubSpot
- Experience using generative AI to scale content creation and optimize marketing activities
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Experience in a SaaS company, particularly within the retail technology industry, is highly valued
- German language skills would be a huge bonus!
What the job involves
- This role is pivotal in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at engaging and selling to large brands and retailers
- We are looking for someone proficient in modern B2B marketing tools, and a creative and curious mindset - ready to experiment with the latest AI tools and technologies
- Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns including webinars, whitepapers, Linkedin posts, email campaigns and more for key accounts in the large retail sector, integrating closely with sales strategies
- Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Craft compelling SEO optimized content tailored to large retailers, underscoring the advantages of refive's solution and establishing us as thought leaders in the area of retail customer engagement
- Field Marketing Leadership: Spearhead field marketing activities, such as events, trade shows, and in-person retailer engagements, to build strong client relationships
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, fostering a unified approach to acquiring and engaging major retail accounts
- Market Insight and Strategy Adjustment: Continuously analyze retail trends, adapting marketing strategies to remain impactful and relevant
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to track and analyze campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on data insights
