Who you are

4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS, preferably in a startup setting
Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing (LinkedIn), and content marketing
Background in Content Marketing, able to write own content in German language
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in enterprise-level marketing is preferred
Creative thinker, status-quo challenger, data-driven and hands-on problem solver
Preferably native German speaker (as the focus is DACH) and fluent in English (as we are an international company), able to write professional content without review

What the job involves

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, creative, can-do attitude individual to join our revenue team with experience in a B2B Startup and a background in content marketing
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more
Set up and manage Performance Marketing (LinkedIn) where useful
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
Create briefings working with external partners and agencies, engage and coordinate with experts and interview partners
Strategic development of marketing formats in line with industry best practices, new opportunities and proactive proposal of new ideas
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
