Role
Who you are
- 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS, preferably in a startup setting
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing (LinkedIn), and content marketing
- Background in Content Marketing, able to write own content in German language
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in enterprise-level marketing is preferred
- Creative thinker, status-quo challenger, data-driven and hands-on problem solver
- Preferably native German speaker (as the focus is DACH) and fluent in English (as we are an international company), able to write professional content without review
What the job involves
- We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, creative, can-do attitude individual to join our revenue team with experience in a B2B Startup and a background in content marketing
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more
- Set up and manage Performance Marketing (LinkedIn) where useful
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Create briefings working with external partners and agencies, engage and coordinate with experts and interview partners
- Strategic development of marketing formats in line with industry best practices, new opportunities and proactive proposal of new ideas
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
