Senior Product Manager, Snap

• Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
• Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
• Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
• Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization
• Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

• Operate with a high level of autonomy, owning complex product areas and delivering innovative solutions that address critical organizational goals
• Develop a strong vision and strategy for your product area, proactively identifying opportunities, solving ambiguous challenges, and creating roadmaps that drive measurable results
• Influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers, to align on priorities and execute high-impact initiatives
• Build trust and credibility through thoughtful decision-making, excellent judgment, and a track record of delivering impactful, user-focused products
• Drive strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle, from defining requirements and creating workflows to running experiments, analyzing data, and overseeing successful launches with cross-functional partners
• Innovate and iterate on Snapchat’s core features, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of users while advancing the company’s long-term objectives
