Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise product management, with a proven track record of successful product delivery
- 5+ years of experience in building, managing, or implementing network security solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across diverse audiences
- Proven success in driving products from concept to adoption, with a focus on achieving market success
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across geographies and functions with a wide range of stakeholders
- Expertise in network-based threat detection and a comprehensive understanding of the broader security landscape
- Deep knowledge of Cloud and Remote Access Networking solutions
- A technical background in software development is a plus
What the job involves
- Vectra AI is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead a new, mission-critical initiative within our Network Detection and Response (NDR) portfolio
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy from the ground up and guide the solution through its lifecycle, from conception to market success
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in San Jose, Austin, Boston, and Dublin to define the overall product vision, discover innovative opportunities, and prioritize features for development
- Develop and maintain the product strategy for a greenfield networking solution within Vectra’s NDR portfolio
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on strategic direction, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis
- Manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering, data science, security research, and UX teams to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and deliver high-quality product releases
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize business processes and enhance our technical capabilities, maintaining Vectra’s competitive edge in the market
- Champion Vectra’s products by evangelizing with customers, partners, and field teams, motivating sales and engineering teams to drive adoption and success
