Account Executive, Torch

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional development/HR tech
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and a transactional sales cycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)

• We are seeking a high-performing SMB Account Executive to join our growing Sales team.
• This individual will play a key role in driving new business within the small and medium-sized business segment.
• You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new customer accounts that align with Torch’s mission and growth strategy
• This is a quota-carrying role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is excited about helping organizations invest in their people
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB accounts (companies typically under 1,000 employees)
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of Torch’s solutions
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and high-quality experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on trends, objections, and opportunities in the SMB market
