Who you are

Over 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, including in a leadership role
A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
Proven track record of budget ownership (management, forecasting, tracking, accountability)
Ideally, hands-on experience in SEO, strong knowledge of tracking technologies, and marketing B2C subscription services
Fluency in English skills, German skills are a strong plus
Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

What the job involves

As Team Lead Performance Marketing, you will lead our Paid and Organic Growth Team and take full ownership of all relevant Marketing Channels, including budget responsibility and sales performance
32-40h/week
Responsibility for all Paid and Organic Growth activities of sofatutor, both strategically and operationally
Leadership and Development of the Paid and Organic Growth team with 5 direct reports
Full ownership of all relevant Marketing Channels, including budget responsibility and sales performance, with significant freedom to experiment and optimize how our budgets are used
Implementation of growth initiatives to increase new customer sales
