What the job involves

Work across departments in both our Product team and our Client Services team implementing our SEO software suite, Search Atlas
You will be assigned clients where you will be in charge of operating Otto (our revolutionary AI SEO tool) and Search Atlas for them
Communication + emails with clients
Learning and understanding Search Atlas inside and out
Helping clients understand SEO best practices and implementing them with Search Atlas/Otto
Adapting to the role as needed
