Who you are

- Youâre an experienced UX Researcher with a keen interest in Growth Design ready to join our Product & Growth team. Working closely with the cross-functional growth team of designers, marketeers, data analysts, engineers and product experts, you will conduct deep user research in order to help aid the next generation of our product
- You have experience working collaboratively with senior product, design and engineering leaders to refine and and grow our product
- You have experience in B2B consumer-facing product, bonus if youâve helped build a community platform before, are passionate about building simple, delightful, intuitive experiences
- You are very comfortable communicating with people across the company. Whether it's explaining the rationale behind your decisions or showcasing how design thinking can address a myriad of challenges, you effortlessly connect with people across the company

What the job involves
- Leading strategic design experimentation to drive ongoing growth and success
- Diving deep into research and data analysis to uncover insights that will shape the next generation of our product
- Collaborating closely with the cross-functional product & growth teams to refine and grow our product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users
- Your ultimate objective is to accelerate our growth through good UX
- Implementing and managing a growth process focused on key business metrics such as conversions, customer acquisition and user engagement
- Focusing on user acquisition and monetisation, employing a user-first approach to experimentation and iteration
- Engaging in an iterative process to enhance every aspect of the user journey â from awareness to retention
- Conducting comprehensive research on our diverse target demographics, you'll understand their personas, needs, pain points, segment-based behaviors and potential growth opportunities
- Providing data-driven solutions based on those insights
- Developing and executing A/B and CRO tests, analyse results and suggest improvements based on those results
- Help influence strategic decisions across all sides of our product based on experimentation insights and growth data
- Create, track and report key performance indicators to the company, providing insights on the levers of growth
