Role
Who you are
- You bring at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role with customer contact—for example, as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in Customer Success
- You are an active listener with strong empathetic skills, allowing you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers
- You enjoy supporting clients across various companies and industries to ensure they get the most out of Circula’s products
- You are ready to challenge existing processes and contribute new ideas to optimize our Account Management workflows
- Communication is your passion. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and English
What the job involves
- Build long-term relationships with your customer base and create genuine value in every interaction
- Identify and qualify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and conduct product demos independently
- Identify customer pain points, consult on escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn
- Manage contract renewals, create tailored quotes, and lead price negotiations
- Track customer needs and issues, providing feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS)
- Contribute significantly to our product development by collaborating across departments with teams like Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing

Circula offers mid-sized and larger corporates an employee finance app that combines digital expense management, employee benefits and, with its partnership with Pliant announced in 2021, a smart corporate credit card. With this further development, Circula aims to become a holistic employee finance provider that can bundle all financial strands between employees and employers in the future.
