Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and possess excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations is essential
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management and creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to define and track KPIs
- Proficiency in English (mandatory). Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French is a plus
- Demonstrable studies or job experience in project management
- Strong software development background
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Results-oriented mindset, driven by growth and success
What the job involves
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, leading a team, creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and facilitating communication with stakeholders
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Define and track KPIs to measure project performance
- Generate regular reports detailing project progress, risks, and issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, address concerns and provide updates on project status
- Utilise Jira and other project management tools to plan, track and manage tasks and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
