Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS companyStrong project
- A background in analytics or marketing analytics is needed
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in digital media, including paid search, paid social, display, and other related areas, to drive successful marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance
- Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems, such as Marketo or HubSpot
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and report on marketing metrics, including advanced knowledge of Excel/Gsheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
What the job involves
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive collection of marketing data from various sources (Incl SFDC), website analytics tools, and advertising platforms. Integrate data from different sources to create a holistic view of marketing performance
- Analyse marketing data to derive meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Generate reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives by analysing relevant metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement to optimise future marketing efforts
- Utilise data analysis techniques to segment customers based on demographics, behaviour, preferences, and purchase history. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted and personalised marketing campaigns that resonate with specific customer segments
- Work closely with marketing teams to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement. Use data insights to optimise marketing spend, channel allocation, and messaging to maximise ROI. Continuously monitor and measure marketing performance to track the success of optimization efforts
- Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including project management, campaign execution, and vendor management
- Be responsible for our Marketing tech stack, constantly iterating on the systems so they best fit our Marketing team’s business needs and that they use happily and efficiently as their business support tools, day in and day out
- Drive initiatives to ensure we have the right processes in place to track Marketing contribution to MessageBird’s global pipeline and make decisions based on data which efforts will get us the most return on our investment
- Develop and drive database strategies and execution in relation to customer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness
- Work closely with our Sales Operations and Sales teams to ensure the right processes and tools are in place for managing both inbound and ABM/outbound leads (lead scoring, lifecycle management, etc.)
- Facilitate training and supporting the regional Marketing teams and developing the corresponding documentation for optimal usage of the tools, while evangelizing their usage and best practices across regional offices
