Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in building interactive prototypes for user testing
- 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
- A team player but can work independently too
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
What the job involves
- As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across all our digital platforms
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into stunning user interface designs that improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate business requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior
- Design wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and high-fidelity interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Support building the Foundation of the Product’s Design System and a subsequent component library development in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation
- Work with developers to ensure design integrity is maintained during the development process
- Continuously monitor and improve the user experience across all digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design
