Who you are
- 10+ years travel or e-commerce industry experience
- 7+ years in a senior account management role
- 5+ years leading an international e-commerce team
- An analytical mindset and a strong operating methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field
- Note: this role is London based with a minimum three days per week in our Soho office.
- We are a test and learn, fail-fast organization; you must be able to demonstrate a key grasp of these principals and provide examples of where you have been imbedded within, and successfully led teams within, this environment
What the job involves
- Reports to the SVP, Business Development
- We are seeking a highly experienced, driven, and strategic professional to join our team as the Global Director of Enterprise Partnerships for Go City
- As the Global Director of Enterprise Partnerships, you will be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of Regional Managers and coordinators in the UK and USA
- You will be responsible for driving growth with our existing partners, establishing new partnerships and positioning Go City as the clear market leader throughout the industry
- You will be joining a team led by two of the industry’s most entrepreneurial, new business focused people
- Your ability to compliment that with operating rigor, consistency of performance and team leadership will see you succeed in this role
- Tripling the Enterprise Partnerships revenue over the next three years through innovation, building and growing partnerships, experimenting with various commercial ecosystems, measuring, optimizing, and scaling success
- Build mutually beneficial revenue driving partnerships, with measurable performance goals, and conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnerships
- Foster a culture of innovation, new business development and partnership, always searching for ways to deliver benefit to our partners, team members and the industry
- Build and deliver on a pipeline of new enterprise level partnerships
- Lead the negotiation and contracting process for key partnerships, ensuring partnerships are founded on terms that align with Go City's business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, always working to protect the Go City brand and value proposition throughout the industry
- Represent Go City at conferences, events and more broadly within the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams across the business to activate and implement initiatives, efficiencies, and transformational projects
