Who you are

Experience using CRM systems, preferably Dynamics (although training will be provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional written skills and the ability to articulate clearly and adapt communications based on your audience
Ability to think creatively to solve partners problems
Strong with numbers and financial literacy
Excellent time management and organisation
Entrepreneurial and commercially minded in your approach to tasks
Ability to respond efficiently to partners and managing deadlines
Ability to triage obligations and prioritise tasks

What the job involves

Research and identify new sales leads with organisations in the private sector
Approach prospective leads, develop proposals, pitch and convert sales opportunities with an agreed revenue target to be confirmed
Ownership of sponsorship strategy of existing Enterprise Nation activity including flagship programmes, events and competitions (e.g. the annual StartUp Show )
Work collaboratively with the partnerships team (plus marketing, engineering and programmes teams) to create high impact bespoke support programmes and services for partner brands, particularly focused on grants and competitions, training for specific demographics and marketing campaigns
Support programmes team in providing regular reporting to partners on deliverables, via calls and reporting documents
Coming up with new programme ideas, activity and projects to promote to partner organisations
Manage relationships with key stakeholder organisations including current, and prospective partners as well as internal departments involved in the delivery of all partnership contract
Maintaining positive relationships with partners to renew activity
