What the job involves
- In this role, you'll partner with our CEO and sales managers to support entrepreneurs all over the world and build our company right here at home
- Nurture and land inbound leads. Our primary source of inbound leads is an Intercom chat which we integrate across various other messaging channels such as email, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and more. We have 100s of entrepreneurs messaging us each week, looking for our help to launch their US business
- Delight the customer from the start - there's not a problem you can't solve and an expectation you can't exceed
- Be the voice of the company across multiple platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.)
- Help the team to develop outbound tools to generate sales and resolve prospect questions before they need to ask
- Eventually, we expect you to talk to customers live. 100s of entrepreneurs schedule consultation calls with us each week. People need what we’re building, but sometimes, they need to chat with a human before taking the big step of launching their US company
- Be the voice of the customer in internal meetings to drive product development and highlight success stories for content development. We only build products to solve customer problems; you will have an important voice at the table
- Document and analyze your interactions to help us learn from our customers and make the most of our service

Our take
Lots of people have great ideas, but the skills needed as an entrepreneur don't necessarily include the time-consuming and difficult work of business administration. Doola is a "business in a box" service, aiming to provide everything a startup needs to launch as a limited liability company in the US, including a bank account, tax support, and access to US payments.
Doola is aimed squarely at smaller-scale businesses and the creator economy, which is a smart move given the rapid proliferation of small-scale startups in recent years. This is partly driven by the US Census project to generate millions of new business applications and by the rise of monetized content platforms like Twitch and Youtube. So far, doola has been used to launch thousands of companies from 130 different countries, and the company is experiencing 7x year-on-year growth.
Between 2022 and 2024, doola closed funding rounds amounting to $9 million, which are being used to hire new talent in product, engineering, and R&D, and extend its marketing reach. In the longer term, the company is aiming to provide a payments solution, utilizing the extensive data it has gathered on startup operations to offer financial services that will supplement its core product.
