Role
Who you are
- Next to having a good command of English, you are a native-level Dutch speaker. (This is essential because you will be conducting user interviews with our Dutch clients in their native language.)
- You are a Bachelor/ Master student or recent graduate in Business / Product Design / Data Science / Engineering (or similar)
- You are curious and proactive with a strong affinity for data analytics and experimentation
- You are deeply passionate about shipping great products with great user experiences based on data
Desirable
- You have prior experience at a product company, tech consultancy, insurtech/fintech or similar environment
- You know your way around User Research, A/B Testing, SQL or Google Analytics
What the job involves
- As part of one of our Product teams you will be contributing to the improvement of our data-driven customer journey and automated back-office that will change for good how entrepreneurs take out and manage their insurance
- You will drive better user experience for our Dutch client base by formulating the right questions and then figuring out how to answer them using data analysis and experimentation
- You will be supporting the Product Manager and together you will be building new products specific to the Dutch market and improving existing ones
- Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and journey
- Understand the needs, wants and values of our customers (across verticals & markets) and identify areas of improvement
- Design and set up experiments, recommend solutions and alternative solutions that enable us to understand where to focus our efforts
- Validate the impact we make with new initiatives
- Visualize and communicate your findings to product managers and other partners

Business insurance can be an expensive and over-complicated prospect for many companies, especially entrepreneurs and SMEs. Insify solves this problem using a suite of end-to-end digital insurance products.
Where many insurtechs have staked a claim in the consumer insurance market, Insify has maintained a laser-sharp focus on the B2B insurance space. In addition, it predominantly targets new companies, a group that have been generally underserved by insurance providers. This has served the company well, allowing it to raise impressive levels of funding.
Insify now covers over 1,500 professions, and has set its sights on expanding the range of services it offers - for example into life insurance products. This kind of agility will be important if Insify is intent on scaling at pace, and should help ensure it remains one to watch into the future.
