Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in product marketing.
- You have experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment (preferably from pre-seed to Series A).
- You're a master at understanding customer needs and crafting impactful value propositions.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting both sales and product teams.
- Enjoy speaking directly with customers and understanding their problems.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, both technically and organisationally.
- Want to build a team, not just be part of it. You’re happy to take the extra time to explain things, provide actionable feedback, and level up those around you.
- You can create your own content design (e.g., using Canva).
What the job involves
- Value proposition & positioning: Define the value proposition and strategic positioning to distribute the right stories to the right buyer personas.
- Research: Own the competitive analysis and research the pain points of the buyer personas to scope out the latest development and gaps in the market.
- Product Launch: Build product launch campaigns (e.g. Product Hunt) and define the goals and metrics for the launch.
- Sales enablement: Work with the product and sales team to develop collateral that highlight product features and benefits (case studies, comparative analysis, sales presentation decks, personalised sales collateral: short demo videos).
- Testing, Tracking & Reporting: Test and measure the impact of different content and messaging across the website and all relevant channels.
- Go-to-market strategy: Create content that support product and feature adoption and retention, leveraging all relevant channels (e.g. email marketing, social media, events).
- Community: Engage the Userled community through online (e.g. webinar) and in-person events.

Digital marketing mainly relies on finding, selecting and reviewing ad keywords in the hope of capturing attention, but even when this approach does pique someone's curiosity enough to click on a link it usually redirects them to a bland, one-size-fits-all website. Userled exists to make sure this marketing spend isn't wasted using templates to generate personalised websites based on each individual marketing campaign.
Userled approaches this with a streamlined no-code product, allowing marketing teams to construct customer journeys that greatly increase conversion rates and allow companies to provide a more personal and relevant experience for their communities. The platform helps businesses reduce the delivery time of buyer experiences, enabling the creation of swift and impactful engagement strategies while monitoring the impact of personalisation on their pipeline seamlessly.
With Google and Apple announcing the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, a market downturn & increased focus on capital efficiency make Userled even more vital a tool for companies. It has grown a respectable client base including the likes of Firebolt and Vanta. With funding to its name, the next steps for the company include continued hiring to build upon its marketing technology products.
