Who you are

You have a track record in complex B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and you know how to navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals. You can hold a credible conversation with a CFO and build a business case that speaks their language
You do not need to be an FX expert from day one. You do need to be someone who earns trust quickly and picks up technical content fast
3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
Proven track record of quota attainment in a consultative sales environment
Native or near-native Spanish; you will be representing Kantox to senior Spanish executives daily
Strong financial literacy; you understand why FX risk matters to a business and can speak to it confidently
Based in Barcelona or elsewhere in Spain (relocation support available)

What the job involves

We are looking for an Account Executive to own and grow our Spanish market from our Barcelona HQ
This is a full-cycle hunting role: complex deals, senior stakeholders, and a product that solves a problem most finance teams did not know could be solved this efficiently
You will run full-cycle enterprise sales into Spanish companies, from first outreach to signed contract
Building and managing a pipeline of mid-to-large corporates with meaningful FX exposure
Engaging CFOs, Treasurers, and FX managers and leading conversations about their business model, not just our product
Building financial business cases that make the ROI clear and compelling
Partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure what you sell gets implemented and expanded
You will cover Spanish accounts, working closely with clients across the country

A Spanish fintech company, Kantox helps corporations manage currency through automation. Founded by ex-Deloitte consultants, the company evolved from a simple currency exchange platform into a fully fledged automation and fintech software provider.

Kantox has won a number of industry awards over the year, thanks in part to its Dynamic Hedging software which manages hedging analytics, workflow, and reporting. In 2022, investment bank BNP Paribas acquired Kantox after three years of investment, bolstering its position through turbulent markets and now into the future.
