Who you are

CPA license (or CPA eligible and willing to take the exams) required
1-2+ years of accounting experience; Audit at a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm, a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

What the job involves

Radar is looking for a Staff Accountant to increase the efficiency of our accounting function, allowing us to reduce time to close and create scalable processes to support the company’s growth
We’re looking for someone who is eager to work on a lean Accounting team at an enterprise SaaS business
As the first staff-level Accounting hire at Radar, you’ll get exposure to all aspects of our accounting function and will assist with the development of efficient processes to support Radar as we scale
You will report to our Assistant Controller
Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Assist with accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
Participate in and contribute to various ad hoc projects to support the finance team as needed
