• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in fast-paced, data-rich environments
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems in loosely defined problem spaces
• Highly independent and self-directed — you know how to set your own priorities and deliver results without needing a detailed brief
• Strong SQL skills — you can slice and dice large datasets with ease
• Fluent in data storytelling, with excellent communication skills to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and product intuition — you lead with data, think in numbers, and translate analysis into clear, strategic insights that drive product decisions
• Track record of defining, tracking, and evolving product metrics and KPIs that guide meaningful decisions
