What the job involves
- Full-time – Permanent and 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity
- We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistants to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage
- This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast-paced, senior leadership team
- You’ll play a critical part in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best: maximising their time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion and delivery
- Work closely with senior leaders operating at the forefront of UK corporate and institutional banking; Build exposure to high-profile clients, transactions and strategic initiatives
- Develop strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Become a trusted partner to leadership - bringing structure, foresight and calm to complex schedules
- Executive Support & Coordination: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange travel. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships internally and externally. Business Support:
- Plan events, onboard new joiners
- Operational Support: Manage expenses, POs, Workday processes
- Ad hoc: Anticipate needs and improve efficiency
