Corporate Account Executive, LaunchDarkly

Desirable

• In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, partnering with sales leadership, solutions engineers, and cross-functional teams to guide corporate customers across EMEA through evaluation, purchase, and successful adoption of LaunchDarkly
• Outbound Pipeline Development. Proactively prospect into and qualify ICP target accounts across the EMEA region
• Discovery & Value Alignment. Lead discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges. Articulate LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and demonstrate the value of our usage-based pricing model
• Solution Presentation & Demos. Partner with Solutions Engineers to customise and deliver impactful demos. Lead proofs of concept that showcase measurable value to customers
• Customer Relationship Management. Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts. Educate and guide customers through the adoption of LaunchDarkly
• Collaboration & Enablement. Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, support, and product to ensure customer needs are met. Deliver customer insights and feedback to influence product direction
• Forecasting & Reporting. Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and sales tools. Provide consistent, reliable forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
