Who you are

2-3+ years in growth marketing or similar, with proven user acquisition success
Skilled in ads, with a focus on social media, referrals, and drip marketing
Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics
Experience with influencer/ambassador programmes

Confidence in analysing data and implementing new data-driven strategies

What the job involves

Dream up and deliver strategies to bring in more users, keep them hooked, and turn them into loyal fans – using both organic and paid channels
Create, launch, and fine-tune campaigns on Meta, Google, and Apple that resonate with our student users and their parents
Collaborate with influencers and social media ambassadors who align with our mission to make revision stress-free and effective
Craft attention-grabbing visuals and snappy copy that reflect our student-friendly vibe
Dive into the data, figure out what’s driving results, and share insights with the team to constantly improve our approach
Experiment with new growth channels, focusing on viral and organic strategies
Lead the planning and execution of our key marketing campaigns
Work collaboratively in our small team to ensure all growth efforts align with our mission of reducing stress and helping students succeed.

Our take

The majority of young people say they have felt overwhelmed with the work that comes from earning their qualifications. It is clear that better management of projects and revision time would alleviate much of the stress - but creating a workable plan is difficult on top of the actual work itself.
