Data engineering is invaluable due to the analytical insights it can provide, with analytic computation generally taking place within programming languages such as SQL and Python. However, regardless of the data infrastructure a business operates, the ETL/ELT and data processing speeds of these languages are not sufficient at scale unless compiled on a next-gen supercomputer.
