Role
Who you are
- Strong experience in a SDR or business development role, ideally with previous experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and quota achievement, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise sales
- Demonstrated motivation to exceed ambitious targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and contributing effectively in collaborative team settings through a structured approach
- Established expertise in cultivating strong interpersonal connections and teamwork across departments
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
- A valid working permit in Germany
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Sales Development Representative (f/d/m), who loves to mentor our SDR team while contributing directly to the pipeline by turning cold leads into great opportunities
- Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and feedback to a team of SDRs, while monitoring individual and team performance to ensure meeting goals are met or exceeded. Management responsibility will be 50% of the role
- Research and connect with key decision-makers across target companies through email, cold calling and Linkedin Sales Navigator. The individual work will make up the other 50% of the role
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and process improvements
- Work closely with Account Executives to create winning strategies that drive revenue
- Contribute to expanding our global market presence by strategically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Utilize tools like Amplemarket and Salesforce to optimize your outreach and track progress

Becoming carbon neutral is now a top priority for companies across Europe. In order to successfully make Europe net zero, businesses must hit compliance targets and minimize/offset carbon emissions. This is where Berlin-based CEEZER comes in.
CEEZER is a marketplace that in short wants to support its clients to decarbonise their operations. The company offers businesses a way to integrate both carbon removal and avoidance credits in portfolios, making the complex voluntary carbon market considerably more accessible.
The company has already passed several successful funding rounds and acquired many customers including the likes of DAX30. Though the market or this type of company is fairly saturated, the calling for the companies is so large that it shouldn’t be an issue. CEEZER is investing its latest fundraise in expanding its US presence and further developing both its product and team.
