Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our London team
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment or HR environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and candidate-first approach
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook)
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to shifting priorities
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
What the job involves
- In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless interview process by managing scheduling, coordinating logistics, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Interview Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Candidate Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely updates on interview logistics
- Calendar Management – Manage complex interview calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and optimising efficiency
- Stakeholder Coordination – Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling processes and improve the overall candidate experience
- Support Additional Recruitment Activities – Assist with offer coordination, onboarding prep, and other administrative recruitment tasks as needed
