What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team
- Leading the Customer Journeys & Treatments Lab you’ll join a high performing, customer obsessed team, encouraging an innovative mindset from the beginning to help customers when they need us most
- Inclusivity will be key to your success, crafting a compelling vision and environment for a team of Product Owners, Engineers and Designers to thrive
- You will need to build strong stakeholder networks to deepen our understanding of customers in financial difficulty and shape the future agenda
- Lead a significant platform team, bringing your leadership experience and line manager capabilities
- Input into business 6YOP, customer plan and tech roadmap as required
- Support the development of Platform and Lab Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and provide product performance and benefits realisation data
- Define and prioritise Platform epics, features and stories which support product strategy
- Own the product roadmap
- Shape the overall product vision
- Ensure change compliance of the overall product
- Be accountable for overseeing product change governance and business readiness activities
- Build a capable leadership team and create a team culture focussed on learning
