Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a commercially focused role in the digital advertising space, with a focus on data-driven advertising solutions
- Experience successfully meeting / exceeding quota targets, preferably with a portfolio inclusive of leading platforms, media owners and technology providers
- Strong customer relationship management; delivering best-in-class retention performance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/SSP/CAPIs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

- As our Business Development & Partnerships Team continues to grow, we are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead, who will partner with platforms and media owners of all types including DSPs, SSPs, Social, Broadcast Networks and Retail Media, to bring the power of Attain data to life
- As Attain ushers in a new era of offerings inclusive of in-flight measurement optimization and incrementality, purchase triggered audiences and live purchaser insights; your digital media expertise, value selling, strategic mindset and relationship building skills, will be the key foundation to help our customer base scale within Attain’s key monetization pillars
- Be the external face of assigned portfolio of Attain’s business across key, strategic targets; in partnership with account managers, revenue operations and leadership
- Source, identify and generate partnership opportunities and establish best practices to foster, manage and track those opportunities
- Pitch and acquire new business opportunities as well as present thought leadership and strong levels of business acumen in the industry
- Lead full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement, RFP, development of agreements and launch
- Strategize and plan long-term and short-term objectives to meet and/or exceed revenue goals
- Be the voice and representation of Attain with external clients with all aspects and facets of the partnership, including, but not limited to, operations, technology, execution, implementation, negotiations and evaluations
- Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to assigned partners by supporting performance, evaluation, metrics
- At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us:
- Execute on our vision to be a leader in outcomes, by constructing a number of first-to-market monetization partnerships
- Voice strategic ideas and plans to scale, monetize and increase brand-awareness of Attain’s unique offerings
- Anticipate future needs and strategize with Attain’s key customers
- Achieve increased revenue generated from your assigned portfolio, while also maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Have established strong relationships with key decision-makers and implemented successful campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate the agency's unique value and impact
Our take
Klover, a subsidiary of Attain, offers users interest free cash advances as well as a growing range of financial services and budgeting tools on its free-to-use app. Rather than charging users a fee, Klover leverages their bank transaction data to tailor targeted advertising.
It’s worth keeping in mind that while Klover essentially pays users for their data, it does not share or sell personal information – a key factor in its model.
With heavy investment from Mercato Partners and the hiring of former Pinterest VP of Sales and Partnerships Meredith Guerriero, Klover is growing impressively, and has ambitions to one day become a full service online bank.
