What the job involves

Support our Senior Strategy Manager and our Customer Success Manager with all matters relating to leads in the pipeline and existing clients
Support our business development and expansion initiatives in global markets like US, Japan, Middle-east and Asia - depending on aptitude
Collaborate with our Customer Success team to plan launches and onboarding with clients
Conceptualise and organise content for client facing assets to submit to our Graphic Designer
Manage business operational tasks relating to current or potential clients
Assist with the development of sales processes and building strategic frameworks to leverage our opportunities and manage clients
