Senior Paid Search Specialist, Rula

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience executing in programs at significant scale ($20M+ annual spend)
• Deep, practical expertise in value-based bidding. Has experience managing and optimizing VBB strategies in Google Ads (tROAS, Smart Bidding value rules)
• Strong command of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign management, including Smart Bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and automated rules
• Fluency with LTV-based performance frameworks
• Proficiency with Looker or comparable BI tools
• Strong analytical foundation

• We are hiring a Sr. Paid Search Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of Rula's Paid Search program - One of the largest in the mental health space, across our Therapy and Psychiatry service lines
• Reporting to the Director of Patient Performance Marketing and working alongside the Sr
• Paid Search Manager, you will be a key operator of a program that optimizes for patient Starts and lifetime value, and your work will directly determine how many people can access mental health care through Rula
• You will partner closely with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to build a program that is both technically sophisticated and deeply mission-aligned
