Role
Who you are
- You are currently enrolled in a German University studying business informatics or something similar with a good understanding of technology and business
- Ability to work from our Berlin HQ office at least once a week
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Basic understanding of APIs / Interfaces
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, Typscript or Python
What the job involves
- As a Working Student Sales Engineering (f/m/d)*, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales Engineering team—helping to shape the future of enterprise conversational AI by supporting high-impact demos, contributing to cutting-edge agent development, and playing a key role in how we turn complex customer needs into elegant technical solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the depth of different types of demos
- Support the lead Sales Engineers in bot building and preparing demos for different opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer’s requirements
- Actively supporting other Sales Engineers in answering RFPs
- Support our Consulting partners with PreSales activities and assets
- Create and update documentation on Sales Engineering processes
- Take part in current opportunities, team-specific process improvements and cross-departmental discussions
