Role
Who you are
- Significant working experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment in Fintech, Insurtech, Legaltech, AdTech or software development
- Ability to understand and clarify business requirements, convert them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria
- Expectations management of business owners
- Understanding software development processes and agile methodologies such as Scrum, FDD, Kanban and requirements gathering techniques (use cases, user stories, features and scenarios)
- Experience in UI / UX
- Experience with frontend development is a plus
- Knowledge or experience working with any databases, SQL, ER-models
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Knowledge of any programming language, ability to understand/read the code and communicate with developers in a technical language
- Experience with APIs, JSON, XML data formats
- Experience in working and/or configuring complex middleware
- Experience with Linux servers and/or console
- Excellent communication skills in English

- To further develop our innovative product, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Tech Product Manager to join our team
- In this role you will work with a dedicated tech squad, collaborate closely with a set of stakeholders, from lead developers and product managers from other squads to heads of Collection, Finance, Partnerships, Operations etc.
- Become a part of our strong and international team that is transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence
- Work within a cross-functional team consisting of 3-4 developers with frontend, backend and devops backgrounds, a lead developer and a dedicated QA engineer
- Help build the next version of our internal application, used daily by hundreds of employees and customers
- Work on topics ranging from design and usability to authentication and security, with that team that provides technical guidance and helps defining standards used by other squads
- Develop product ideas, new features and improvements together with internal stakeholders from Finance, Market, Collection, Courts and other departments
- Coordinate resources, create and manage project timelines to ensure that requirements are well-understood, development is done as expected and high-quality delivery is assured
- Oversee features' specification, implementation, testing, and releasing processes
- Establish, monitor and analyze metrics related to core services; use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, drive product optimisations, and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Write documentation, collaborate closely with peer product managers, tech & QA teams to share knowledge and facilitate cross-learning process
