Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant field of study required
2+ years in data analysis, corporate finance, investment banking and/or management consulting experience (or other relevant experience in any of the areas above) preferred
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to executive-level audiences
Must be a strong team player is able to work collaboratively with all departments and levels within the company
Self-starter, quick learner, proactive and highly motivated
Passion for video games and/or technology

What the job involves

Develop short- and long-term sales forecasting models for our labels’ games to support our quarterly guidance, annual budget, long-range plan and new project greenlight processes
Build scenario analyses for our labels to inform commercial strategy decisions, e.g. SKU strategy, optimal release window, pricing, inventory management, etc
Identify and communicate financial insights, risks, and opportunities in the context of lifecycle planning
Maintain and enhance dashboards to visualize forecast data for T2 and label management
Prepare financial presentations & executive-level analyses for management and Board of Directors
Provide analytical, financial and presentation support for quarterly earnings calls
Work with accounting and financial reporting teams to obtain an understanding of relevant financial matters and reporting changes
Develop and sustain a sound knowledge of the global video game market and its trends
