Role
Who you are
- You have 4+ years of payroll experience, ADP experience is a must
- You have a full understanding of federal and state payroll and employment regulations
- You’re familiar with Payroll, benefits, equity taxation and other processes
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You have strong mathematics skills, an analytical mindset, and can assemble reports
- You have strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
- You have excellent computer skills, including Excel, and Google Workspace
- You’re trustworthy and can handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bonus points for experience with international and multi-state payroll, Zenefits, Gusto Payroll, benefits administration, or equity administration
- Previous SaaS and startup experience strongly preferred
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Global Payroll Manager to own and continually improve our payroll, human resources information systems, and other related processes
- You will report to our VP of People and be responsible for global payroll and compensation management, payroll entry and reporting, policy creation and implementation, and compliance
- Confidentiality of all employee, department, and organization information is a key element of this role
- Manage setup, data input, updates, and reporting in our payroll system - including data entry for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll input and output, including as it relates to equity taxation
- Maintain all backup documentation for payroll and employee files
- Serve as a resource for employees and answer questions related to their payroll
- Think strategically about our evolving needs and align our payroll systems and processes to support those needs
- Provide payroll and compensation related reporting
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams
- Support other Payroll and People Operations projects as needed

This means customer experience suffers as retailers must offer an overwhelming range of delivery options. Narvar aims to improve this situation with an integrated delivery and returns platform for retailers, providing analytics on client data to the retailer and optimises shipping channels for customers.
Narvar is a market leader in this sector, active in almost every country and territory worldwide and having made more than 2 billion shipments since its founding in 2012. Its post-purchase customer experience platform is used by over 1200 companies including household name retailers such as Sephora, GAP and Levis, among many others.
Narvar has secured many strategic partnerships such as linking up with Rise.ai, a leading gift card and store credit platform. This allows stores to simplify returns by enabling merchants to issue Rise's store credit as part of the returns process. While Narvar is currently focused on retailers providing shipping solutions for their customers, the company plans to expand to offer a B2B product in the near future.
