What the job involves
- Provide first-line support to thousands of Visible members, by responding to inquiries via our in-app chat
- Work closely with our Head of Customer Support to ensure timely and effective support and improve our support processes as we grow
- Utilize your experience or understanding of energy-limiting illnesses to provide context-sensitive support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by gathering and providing feedback to the Customer Support Lead and our Product, Engineering and Data Science teams

These conditions are notoriously difficult to diagnose and manage, often leaving patients to navigate their health journey alone. Many patients are turning to fitness trackers to understand their health. But these devices are designed for athletes and exercise, not patients and chronic illness. Visible is redefining wearable technology to serve those who need it most: patients.
Its technology uses biometric data to better understand complex chronic conditions, empowering patients to manage their health, enabling clinicians to provide better care, and helping researchers gain deeper insights.
This mission-driven company has seen rapid growth and widespread media coverage. It is now looking to expand its team to serve more patients and integrate Visible into healthcare systems around the world.

Harry Leeming
(Co-Founder)Harry graduated with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. He worked in Formula 1 as an engineer before moving out to San Francisco to work on consumer electronic products at Alta Motors and Boosted Boards. Then Harry joined Moneybox as a PM working alongside Luke.
Luke Martin-Fuller
(Co-Founder)Luke studied Law at the University of Cambridge and went on to practice as a corporate lawyer at Linklaters in London and Frankfurt. After pivoting to tech, Luke spent 2 years as a PM building LegalTech software products for 8 of the world’s 10 largest banks, creation to adoption in 18 months. Soon after Luke joined the Moneybox Product team where he worked with Harry.
