- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in strategy, operations, or planning roles
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM motions (PLG, SLG, enterprise, partner, revenue upseels), and global marketing orgs
- Proven leadership in strategic planning, budget ownership, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance, Sales Ops, and Product
- Experience managing marketing performance dashboards and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Marketing Strategy & Planning to lead global marketing operations, planning, and performance for Guesty
- This high-impact role sits at the intersection of marketing, finance, sales, product and executive leadership, driving clarity, focus, and efficiency across a global marketing organization
- You’ll be responsible for annual planning, marketing performance management, investment strategy, and operational excellence
- Strategic Planning: Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes. Align strategy with company objectives and GTM priorities
- Budget & Investment Strategy: Own global marketing budget allocation, headcount planning, and ROI modeling. Partner with Finance, BI and RevOps
- Performance Management: Develop and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure impact across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and customer marketing
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing plans support pipeline goals, product launches, and customer lifecycle needs
- Portfolio planning: Manage budgets across business portfolio brands to optimize to overall yearly revenue objectives : Rentals United and Yield Planet
- Regional Liaison: Act as the coordination hub for Local Country Managers in key territories ensuring that their needs and goals align with the overall strategy and they have the appropriate materials
- Executive Communication: Deliver clear reporting and insights to the CMO and executive team to guide strategic decisions
- Center of Excellence: Drive marketing best practices, global governance, and enablement across regional and functional marketing teams

The short-term rental economy has gone from strength to strength since the revolutionary introduction of Airbnb into the industry. Now startups are competing to iron out the kinks in vacation and rental experiences for both landlords and tenants.
Guesty is doing this through building the Salesforce for property management. By focusing on the operational hiccups of running a short-term rental property - and there are many - Guesty has built up a loyal customer base who are grateful for the software which unlocks time and money.
The company is now investing in growth and technology while extending its marketplace of third-party integrations. It is also continuing to build out its machine learning capabilities which augments many of its products, triaging guest messages for example.
The startup is also starting to develop products for other types of property, including multi-unit listings and “aparthotels.” Guesty must continue to deliver a quality service for these new types of customers who will bring with them higher expectations than casual hosts.
