Proven experience producing best in class social and digital content
Proven experience scaling social media channels quickly
A deep understanding of managing content across all social channels
Love working with initiative in a very fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to use AI tools in content production to drive efficiency
Comfortable working directly with a Founder
Creative thinker who naturally brings new and fresh ideas

What the job involves

Produce a high volume of creative, engaging and standout content for all social media channels
Understand how to test, learn and iterate on digital platforms
Write highly compelling social copy, blogs and emails
Attend podcast recording and delivering compelling social cutdown content at speed post filming
Shooting, producing and editing content with Harry our Founder
Coming up with fresh new ideas for how to scale the podcast listenership and audience
Manage Harry's personal brand from writing newsletters, through to coming up with ideas to raise his profile
Researching podcast guests and supporting Harry in creating compelling briefs to get the most from each episode
Creative ideation for social and digital content
Constantly looking for how to improve podcast production, listenership and content
