Role
Who you are
- 5-10 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record in payments, SaaS, or e-commerce
- Strong familiarity with U.S.-based payment industries, including acquirers, card processors, cross-border payments, and marketplace regulatory requirements. Understanding of U.S. tax processes, AR/AP workflows, and Money Transmitter License (MTL) regulations is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles from negotiation to close
- Self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment with the ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with excellent follow-through capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive for Mirakl Payout within the Mirakl Connect & Growth Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by introducing our innovative global payment solution, Mirakl Payout, to new and existing clients across the Americas
- In this high-impact position, you’ll help marketplace operators streamline their payment activities and navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes, contributing directly to their growth and success
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline for Mirakl Payout by engaging net new clients and expanding relationships with current accounts
- Develop and implement a strategic sales approach to achieve quarterly goals and meet organizational objectives
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract signature, managing technical, legal, and financial considerations to ensure a seamless experience
- Act as the go-to product expert for Mirakl Payout and future Financial Services solutions, advising Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success teams on solution fit and client impact
- Work closely with the Payout Sales Engineer to effectively demonstrate Mirakl Payout’s compatibility with clients’ technical payment systems
- Manage the business relationship with our Payment White Label partner to maintain alignment and service quality for Mirakl clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Stay informed on trends and competitive intelligence in the payments industry to support informed, strategic sales efforts
- Participate and present in recurring deal review meetings, ensuring alignment with forecasting requirements

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
