Who you are
- Shown success with managing, motivating and developing an inside sales team
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Experience with presenting product materials, sales webinars and seminars as required
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology a plus
- Proficiency in various social media tools, Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What the job involves
- You will manage a team of full-cycle Account Executives who sell our SaaS products to small, medium, and large businesses
- In this role you'll work closely with our Sales teams to bring in new clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and work closely with services and support teams to ensure these new partnerships are successful, while working very closely with the in-region Sales Development team. This position reports into the SVP, Revenue
- Responsible for day-to-day inside sales operations with focus on revenue and activity achievement
- Provide leadership and oversight of the inside sales organization to ensure sales revenue, pipeline and targets are met and/or exceeded
- Report on inside sales performance to management and records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle
- Work with product marketing teams to present services through customer calls or web presentations
- Collaborate with marketing to execute inside sales strategies, nurturing, lead generation and revenue campaigns
- Define, implement, and manage productivity of your team
- Empower your team to make decisions that get results for their customers
- Responsible for the career and skill development of your team
- Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification, calls
